Here's how easy it is to get FORMED:

Go to www.FORMED.org. Click on the "Sign Up" button. In the popup, choose "I belong to a parish or organization". In the find your parish search box, type "St. Patrick Church Independence", select our parish and click "Next". Type in your name and email address and click "Sign Up".

That's it! You are all set to use all the great programs on FORMED.org any time by simply logging in.
